Gr5(Ti6AI4V)titanium Round Bar

Titanium Grade 5 Round Bar is a slender component made of titanium or its alloy material, commonly used in various mechanical processing and manufacturing processes.

Titanium Grade 5 Round Bar is made up of a titanium alloy that has aluminum and vanadium as additions in the composition. The material has very high corrosion resistance properties and this is the most used grade of titanium alloys. Navstar Steel is a leading manufacturer and supplier of the Titanium Grade 5 Round Bar products in various sizes, shapes and types. The composition has 90% titanium with carbon, iron, oxygen and 6% aluminum with 4% vanadium. This material composition gives the products 950MPa minimum tensile strength and 880MPa minimum yield strength. The specification for this grade is ASTM B348.
