Quality System

 

The company has successively obtained the Aerospace certification, intellectual property management system certification, and three-level standardization certification of safety production of BV company in France.

The third party certification company supervise and audit the company every year to check the effectiveness and conformity of the company's system operation.

There are a total of 21 people in the quality department, including 1 quality director, 1 quality department head, 1 inspection supervisor, 2 quality system specialists, and 17 inspectors. The head of the quality department holds a bachelor's degree and a qualification certificate for non-destructive testing, and has been engaged in titanium alloy material inspection work for 10 years.

Quality inspection process
 

 

1. Incoming inspection: Check whether the raw materials and components meet the requirements, including appearance, size, material, etc.

2. Production process inspection: During the production process, products are continuously inspected to ensure that every step meets the requirements.

3. Finished product inspection: After the product is completed, a comprehensive inspection is conducted on the finished product, including functionality, appearance, dimensions, labeling, etc. Only after passing the inspection can the product be released from the warehouse.

4. Non conforming product handling: If the product does not meet the requirements, non-conforming product handling is required, including return, rework, scrapping, etc.

5. Quality improvement: For quality issues that arise during production, timely improvements should be made to ensure that similar problems do not reoccur.
